check out available on requested up to 14.00 p.m. is subject to

- All
reservations will require an advance deposit equaling an average
of one night's stay room & tax at the time of booking
- The
remaining of total amount can be settle either upon arrival or
departure date
- All
reservations can be guaranteed with a major credit card at the
time of booking and is accepted Amex, Visa, Master Card, or JCB
- Please
note that the hotel will require a credit card imprint on arrival
- A
booking is only guaranteed when confirmed in writing by e-mail,
letter or fax.
- VBM/Once
you have confirmed your reservation, you are guaranteed a room
type, the hotel will strive to fulfill requests for a specific
room and allocation, however cannot guarantee such a request.
- The
advance deposit is fully refundable outside of thirty (30) days
prior to your arrival date
- All
long weekend stay, Christmas Eve and New Year Eve, Chinese New
Year holidays and cerebrations will require one hundreds percent
(100%) deposit twenty one (21) days prior to your arrival date
- All
holiday stays required a (3) three nights minimum booking
- The
deposit, which is applied to the cost of your accommodation will,
unless we are otherwise requested, be charged to the credit card
used to confirm
